How it works
Each dose gets its own rise-and-fall curve, and the line is the sum of them. Half-lives used: semaglutide about 7 days and tirzepatide about 5 days, from their U.S. labels. Retatrutide uses about 6 days, from less published data. Absorption times are the same published estimates the app uses.
