Peptide reconstitution calculator

Turn the amount in the vial, the water you add and your target dose into a concentration, a volume and syringe units.

–

Arithmetic on the numbers you enter. Check the result against your pharmacy label and ask your prescriber. Reko does not suggest doses, and this is not medical advice.

How it works

Concentration is the amount in the vial divided by the water you add. The volume to draw is your dose divided by that concentration. A U-100 insulin syringe has 100 units in 1 mL, so units are the volume times 100.

If the result falls between two markings, the calculator tells you the nearest mark and what it delivers.

Keep the record

Reko logs each dose against the vial or pen it came from, counts down what is left, and warns when a draw falls between your syringe's markings.
