A GLP-1 tracking checklist
A good log answers three everyday questions: when was my last shot, where did I inject, and how did I feel afterwards? Here is what to record and why.
| Record | What it helps you look back at |
|---|---|
| Shots and sites | Dose, date, time and site, so the last injection is easy to find and rotation is simpler. |
| Weight | Your trend over time, beside the dose you were on. |
| Side effects | What you felt, how strong, and when it came relative to a shot. |
| Supply | Which vial you used and what is left. |
| Labs | Your results beside your doses and your lab's reference ranges. |
You choose what to log. A pattern in your record is something to ask your prescriber about. It does not prove that a dose or a site caused a change.
What Reko gives you
Your routine at a glance
See your last dose and the next one. Set schedules for weekly shots or a titration that steps up, with reminders that never name the medication on your lock screen.
An estimated level
A curve of roughly how much is in your body, from your doses and published half-lives. It is an estimate and not a blood test. How it works.
Supply, kept straight
Track vials, see what is left as you log, and use the pen calculator for clicks. Vial tracker.
Correct any entry
Logged late, or got something wrong? Edit any dose on any date.
Start tracking
- Look around. Open the example record before you pay.
- Set up. Choose your medicine and add the schedule your prescriber gave you.
- Log as it happens. Record each dose, and add side effects and weight when you wish.
- Look back. Before an appointment, scroll through what changed and when.
Works with your medicine
Log semaglutide, tirzepatide and other compounds, including custom dose amounts. Record the dose your prescriber gave you. Medicine names belong to their owners. Reko is independent.
Your data
No account is needed. Your record stays on your iPhone unless you turn on backup, which is stored in the EU. Nothing about you is sold.
