Getting started
What is Reko?
Reko is a private logbook for injectable medicines on iPhone and iPad. You record doses, check reconstitution sums, track what is left in each vial and see side effects, weight and lab results beside your doses.
Who is Reko for?
Anyone who injects a GLP-1 medicine such as semaglutide or tirzepatide, and anyone who tracks peptides, testosterone or estradiol. Fifty compounds are included, each in its own units.
Is Reko free?
Not fully. You get two weeks free, then $39.99 a year or $9.99 a month. Before you pay you can open every screen with an example record. Logging your own entries needs a subscription.
What is the difference between the two plans?
Only the billing period. Both plans include every feature.
How do I install it?
Search for Reko in the App Store on an iPhone or iPad running iOS 18 or later.
Do I need an account?
No. Your record stays on your iPhone. An account (Sign in with Apple) is only needed if you turn on optional backup.
Is there an Android or web version?
No. Reko is for iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch only. We have no date for anything else.
Medicines and side effects
Which medicines can I log?
Fifty compounds, including semaglutide, tirzepatide, retatrutide and liraglutide, many peptides, and testosterone and estradiol esters. Each shows a plain note on its regulatory status. Brand names are not used as labels.
Can Reko tell me what dose to take?
No. Reko records what you and your prescriber decided. It never suggests a dose.
Can I track side effects like nausea?
Yes. You log them beside your doses and see over time whether they are settling. Reko does not offer treatment tips for them. Talk to your prescriber about that.
Does Reko detect weight plateaus?
No. It shows your weight over time and you can read the trend yourself. It does not predict or analyze plateaus.
Does Reko have an AI assistant?
No. Nothing in Reko answers questions with AI.
Tracking features
What can I track?
Doses with time and injection site, schedules and reminders, vials, side effects, weight, lab results, protein, water and food, sleep, fasting, training and cycles.
What is the estimated level?
A curve of roughly how much is in your body, drawn from your logged doses and the compound's published half-lives. It is an estimate, not a blood test. See how it works.
Does Reko have "shot phases" or progress reports?
No. You get the estimated level, your own side-effect log and your weight chart. There are no phases and no generated reports.
Can I compare my weight with clinical trials or other users?
No. Reko shows your own numbers only. It has no trial curves and no peer comparison.
Can I track vials and pens?
Vials, yes: the reconstitution calculator gives the syringe units to draw, and Reko counts down what is left. A pen calculator helps with click counting.
Can I import data from another app?
Reko has an import on its Export and import screen, and it shows how it read the file before saving anything. [confirm which file formats from other apps are supported]
Can I export my data?
Yes. Export everything as a file, and doses as a spreadsheet. Export is part of the paid features.
Is there a community or a way to share progress?
No. Reko is a private record. It has no community, feed or sharing.
Does Reko track milestones or celebrate progress?
Not yet. It shows your weight over time and a calendar of complete days, without nagging about gaps.
Does Reko work with Apple Health?
Yes. It can read weight, food, sleep and workouts so you type less. That data stays on the phone.
Is there an Apple Watch app or widget?
There is an Apple Watch complication and a home-screen widget that show your next dose.
Is there a browser extension or calculator tool?
No extension. The calculators are inside the app, and some are on our tools page.
Does Reko track cycles?
Yes, including irregular cycles and hormonal contraception. Cycle entries are never uploaded.
Which units can I use?
Pounds, stones or kilograms; fluid ounces or milliliters. Each compound has its own dose units.
Privacy and data
Where is my data stored?
On your iPhone. If you turn on backup, it is also stored on servers in Frankfurt, in the EU.
Does Reko sell my data?
No. There are no ads and nothing about you is sold.
Does Reko use analytics?
Only if you say yes. Reko asks once whether it may count which screens are opened and receive crash reports. It never includes what you take, and there is a switch in Settings.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. You can delete your account and everything in it from inside the app. Support page.
Billing
How does the free trial work?
You get two weeks with every feature. Payment is charged to your Apple account when the trial ends, and the subscription renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends.
How do I cancel?
In your Apple account settings, under Subscriptions. We cannot cancel for you.
Medical guidance
Is Reko a substitute for medical advice?
No. Reko is a record-keeping tool, not a medical provider. Check doses with your prescriber or pharmacist.
Is Reko affiliated with any drug maker?
No. Reko is independent and funded by subscriptions.
