What to include in a message
- Your iPhone or iPad model, and the iOS version.
- The Reko version, shown in Settings.
- What you did, what you expected and what happened.
- A screenshot, if it helps. Check it first for anything private.
- For a subscription question, say so. We cannot see your Apple payment details, and you should not send them.
Please do not send your full dose log by email unless we ask for a specific part of it.
Export your data
Reko can export everything as a file, and your doses as a spreadsheet. Export is part of the paid features. Find it on the Export and import screen: [exact menu path].
Delete your data

Common fixes
A reminder did not arrive
Check that notifications are allowed for Reko in iOS Settings, and that Focus or Do Not Disturb is not hiding it. Reminders never name the medication, so the text is deliberately plain.
The Apple Watch shows old information
The watch shows what the phone last sent it. Open Reko on the iPhone and give it a moment.
A number looks different from what I typed
Reko shows numbers in your region's format, so 8000 mcg may appear as 8.000 mcg or 8,000 mcg. If a field is ambiguous, Reko asks which reading you mean before saving.
My subscription is not recognized
Check you are signed in to the Apple account that bought it. Subscriptions are managed in your Apple account settings. [confirm: Restore Purchases location in the app]
A lab scan read a value wrongly
Every value is shown before saving. Untick or correct any row. If a test name was misread, send us a cropped picture with personal details covered.
The Levels screen is blank
It can take a few seconds to draw. Wait a moment, then reopen it.

Reko cannot answer questions about your treatment. Ask your prescriber or pharmacist.
