The manufacturer does not endorse counting clicks. Pens are designed to deliver their full dose, the mechanism has slack, and a count is only an approximation. Count your own pen and ask your prescriber before relying on this. Reko does not suggest doses, and this is not medical advice.
How it works
Milligrams per click = full dose ÷ clicks in a full dose. Clicks = prescribed dose ÷ milligrams per click, rounded to a whole click, because a pen can't deliver part of one. The result shows what that whole number actually delivers.
