Key takeaways
- Each page names its reviewer and the date it was last reviewed.
- Claims about the app are checked against the app. Claims about medicines are checked against the official label.
- Where a check is not done yet, the page shows a visible placeholder instead of a guess.

How a page is made
- Draft. The editor writes from primary sources: the product label, the published study, or the app itself.
- Check against the app. Every statement about what Reko does is tested in the app.
- Review. The relevant reviewer reads the page and marks changes.
- Publish. The page shows the reviewer's name and the review date.
- Re-check. Rules and labels change. Pages are re-read at least [review interval], and sooner when a label changes.
Our standards
- No invented figures, quotes or stories.
- No dose advice. Reko records what you decide.
- No payment from a medicine's maker influences a page.
- Corrections are made on the page and the review date is updated.
