Reko vs Shotsy

Shotsy is built around GLP-1 doses. Reko records those too, then adds your cycle, PCOS tablets, labs, peptides, fasting and sleep in the same record.

In short

Choose Reko if you want more than a shot log: your cycle and PCOS tablets, scanned labs, peptides, nutrition, fasting and sleep, in one private record. It takes no account, and you can open every screen with an example record before you pay.

Where Reko goes further

01

Your cycle and PCOS, next to what you take

Mark period days and flow, and see them where a medicine started, changed or stopped. Log metformin, spironolactone, medroxyprogesterone and myo-inositol by mouth, beside your GLP-1. Bleeds brought on by medication and months on the pill stay out of cycle length, and an irregular cycle shows as it is, with no predictions. Cycle entries are never uploaded.

02

Your whole day, on one screen

Protein, fiber, calories, water, sleep, fasting and training, against targets you set, beside your weight and symptoms. Weight, food, sleep and workouts can come in from Apple Health, so you type less.

03

Labs and levels, not only a dose log

Scan a printed lab report and check every value before it is saved, with over 60 tests, including AMH, plotted against your lab's own ranges. See an estimated level from your own doses and the published half-life. It is an estimate, not a blood test.

04

Peptides and vials, done properly

Over 50 compounds, each with its own units and a plain note on its regulatory status. The reconstitution calculator turns your vial and water into syringe units, and warns when a draw falls between the markings. Reko counts down what is left in each vial as you log.

"Not listed" means we did not find the feature on that company's own pages or App Store listing on 2 November 2026. It may exist, and apps change, so check before you choose. Names belong to their owners, and Reko is not affiliated with them. Spot something wrong? Write to info@rekohealth.com and we will correct it. Reko records what you and your prescriber decide, and never suggests a dose.
