Shows the steps in the U.S. label, with the fastest timing it allows. Going up is never automatic. Reko does not suggest doses, and this is not medical advice.

How it works

Each step starts when the one before it ends. The label sets at least 4 weeks on each step, so the planner won't accept fewer. Units = dose ÷ concentration × 100.

The full explanation

  1. Start date = your first injection.
  2. Each step lasts its number of weeks, so step 2 starts on start date + weeks of step 1 × 7 days.
  3. For vial users, units = step dose ÷ concentration × 100.

Frequently asked questions

In short
  • Step end date = step start date + weeks at that step.
  • The label sets the minimum time on each step. Staying longer is a decision for you and your prescriber.
  • Stopping at a lower dose is a plan too, and a valid one when your prescriber says so.
  • The table below comes from the current U.S. labels.
What is titration for?

Gradual steps are how these medicines are started. The reasons are in the label.

Can I stay longer on a step?

That is for your prescriber. The label gives the minimum.

Can the plan change later?

Yes. Plans change. Record what actually happened.

What does this tool do?

Titration means increasing a dose in steps. The label names the steps and the minimum time at each one. This tool puts those steps on a calendar from your start date and, if you use a vial, converts each step to units.

It does not choose steps. Your prescriber does.

A worked example

Example. These numbers are made up to show the steps. They are not a label value and not a suggestion.

Made-up plan: steps of 1, 2 and 3 mg, 4 weeks each, starting on Monday 1 June. Step 1 runs 1 June to 28 June. Step 2 starts 29 June. Step 3 starts 27 July.

With a vial at 10 mg/mL, step 2 is 2 ÷ 10 × 100 = 20 units.

How Reko does this in the app

Reko schedules include titration as a pattern, alongside weekly, daily and on/off cycles. Plan a step, and if your prescriber changes it, edit the schedule. You can correct any dose on any date, so the record shows what really happened.

Reko records what you and your prescriber decide. It never suggests a dose, and this page is not medical advice.
